TNT is an acronym for Teams In Training.
This program focuses on:

TNT Teams-N-Training

5th-8th Grade

  • TNT (Teams N Training) is designed for athletes who already have a foundational understanding of volleyball and are ready to take the next step.
     
  • This program builds on core skills while introducing more advanced concepts such as rotations, positioning, and substitutions.
     
  • TNT helps prepare players for the structure and expectations of competitive club volleyball, serving as a bridge between developmental play and higher-level team competition. 
     
  • 30% "play to win", 70% developmental focus
     
  • This program requires no tryout

TNT Dates

TNT training starts on  August 16th, and athletes will have practices twice a week.

  • August - 16th to October 22nd  
  • Practices are:
    • Sundays 2:30-4:00
    • Thursdays 6:00-7:30
